Hygienists

Stacey
Stacey is a 1997 graduate of Southern Illinois University dental hygiene program in Carbondale, Illinois. With over 20 years in dental hygiene at our office and prior years in dental assisting, she has been a committed staff member for many years.
She strives to provide patients with a positive experience of good dental care and the feeling of a great smile. She spends long weekends and holidays at her lake home in Wisconsin. She is an avid Chicago sports fan and devoted animal lover.
Noelle
Noelle joined our practice back in 2012. She graduated from MATC Milwaukee in 2010 and was the recipient of the Golden Scaler Award for her class. She is quick to make patients feel at ease by building confidence, trust and friendship with each patient. Noelle is also a volunteer board member for the Zion Benton Children’s Service, a local non-profit dental clinic.
In her free time she enjoys traveling with friends, cooking, and relaxing with her family. Her part time days at the practice allows her valuable time as a mom.
Kimberly
Kim graduated from Lake Country Community College in 2007 with honors in Dental Hygiene. Kim started at our practice part time after graduation until 2009. She returned in 2018 as a full time dental hygienist. She has a passion for getting to know her patients on a personal level and on how to maintain a healthy smile.
Kim is a mother to 4 grown children and “Granny- Girl” to her grandkids. She enjoys reading, playing cards with family and friends, and is a dog lover.

Alyson
Alyson is a 1987 graduate of the dental assistant program with honors at Gateway College in Kenosha, and started at our office right after graduation. Being a long time dedicated staff member means she strives to make patients feel comfortable and at ease. Alyson loves spending time with her family, gardening, and is an enthusiastic Blackhawks and Packers fan.
Gary
Gary started with the practice back in 2008 with a Bachelor’s of Computer Science from Illinois Wesleyan. He is responsible for all of our IT/computer infrastructure, as well as anything else you can imagine (jack of all trades). Gary is also a full time chairside assistant. His wealth of knowledge never ceases to amaze patients and staff alike.
Yady
Yady has been a dental assistant since September 2007. With her wealth of experience she joined our practice in 2018. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family.
Laura
Laura graduated from Gateway Technical College in Dental Assisting in 1985. In Spring of 1985 she went to Nashville, Tennessee and came in second place in Nationals for dental assisting. She worked as an assistant before coming to Dr. Bleck and Dr. Welkers in April 1989. Laura met her husband Jeff in the fall of 1989. They married and two children Victoria and Ryan. Laura enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, camping, nature walking and going to Six Flags Great America.
Victoria
Victoria grew up in Beach Park, Illinois. Her parents Laura and Jeff met at this very dental office. She always loved watching her mother work growing up. Dr. Alsahlani needed an extra assistant, so Laura asked her daughter about assisting and Victoria happily accepted and started working in 2020 before Covid and has been enjoying assisting ever since. She enjoys listening to Rock and Role music all night long and spending time with her family.

Tamara – Office Manager
Tamara began working with Dr. Welker and Dr. Bleck in 2001 as the insurance coordinator, and she later on transitioned to the role of office manager. She is now delighted to work for Dr. Alsahlani, and Dr. Albazzaz, who continue with the tradition of excellent care in a friendly environment.
In her personal time she enjoys hiking, connecting with family, and watching TV or reading with a cat in her lap.
Brenda – Bilingual Financial Coordinator
Brenda started as a receptionist at our office in 2018. She has past work experience in banking and has made the transition into the role of our financial coordinator. Brenda enjoys helping our patients understand the financial aspect of their treatment and insurance.
In her free time she can be found tuning in to WWE Pro Wrestling with her son, playing miniature golf, and spending a lot of time with her family.
Maggi – Patient Coordinator
Maggi has been working with us since April 2016. She has been in the field of health care reception for many years, giving her plenty of experience working with patients. She believes that she has found the perfect fit working with us here. She loves that our office takes the time to develop, and continue, a personal touch with each one of the patients.
